Scope of Work
This tenant improvement project on Sutter St involved a complete office remodel with full demolition and a new interior build-out. The updated layout included private offices, a conference room, restrooms, and a kitchen break area, along with new framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, lighting, flooring, ceiling systems, paint, and finish work. Custom features like glass wall systems, a cedar plank ceiling, millwork, and warm wood accents gave the space a polished, modern feel.
Challenges
The project moved on a tight two-month schedule and required careful coordination to keep construction on track while meeting commercial code requirements for ADA access, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety. It was also important to create a space that felt both practical for daily use and strong from a design standpoint.
