I reached out to Dmitry, the owner of Good Life Construction, about building a patio cover, and from the beginning he was great to work with. He quickly got me set up with one of his crews, and once they started, they had the whole project finished in less than 3 days! I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The crew did an amazing job, worked efficiently, and the finished patio cover looks great. I honestly love it and couldn’t be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend Dmitry and Good Life Construction to anyone looking to get work done. Great experience from start to finish — hands down, these guys are the best!+3Posted on Google
Josiah HeadSeptember 29, 2026*7/28 - Initial walk through and project assessment *8/18 - project approved *8/25 - work started *9/11 - work finished Initial work $4k Additional work included the same as the original 2 windows, plus the new window replacement. And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up was good before and after. Total work - $18k++26Posted on Yelp

John B.September 19, 2026I hired this company for a big job and am very happy with the results. My main contact was Victor who worked with me all the way from start to finish. I also worked with the project manager who was very helpful. I recommend this company for your home repairs. They want to make sure you are happy after the repairs. I will use them again when needed.Posted on Google
N CSeptember 11, 2026Short version: Outstanding workmanship at a reasonable price! Longer version The problem: Our home developed a leak above the first floor window a few years ago that was progressively worsening during rainstorms. On the interior of the home, the drywall above the window was beginning to crumble apart and the paint was peeling. On the exterior there was a visible crack in the stucco directly above the leak. I knew this was going to be an annoying and complicated repair. We called Good Life and the very next day we had our estimator come look at the job (Victor). He was kind, on time, and completely confident his team could fix the problem. I had the estimate within a few hours. The price was reasonable, so we made the deposit, and we were scheduled for the work to begin the following week. The job: The initial estimate included cutting a small 2 foot square into the stucco above the window to assess the source of the leak, and all the interior drywall repairs. The estimate was incredibly thorough detailing all the work they would be performing. Upon opening the wall, the leak was eventually determined to be coming from the window above it, and this obviously required additional work to fix the problem, this wasn't much of a surprise. The contractors: We had Igor & Nic, who I don't think I could find the right words to describe how awesome they are. These guys were incredibly hard working, professional, clean, and friendly. Asides from that, the quality of the work they performed was just outstanding. They cut a significant hole into the side of our house, had to somehow magically put it all back together, match stucco, match paint. It was fascinating to watch the process. What really stood out the most to me though, was their attention to detail. I could tell they took great pride in their work. They weren't just trying to get the job done, they were perfectionists about every little detail. The price: I felt their price was completely reasonable for having 2 all star workers at my home for 4 full days from 8am to 6pm. They were on time, the quality of work far exceeded my expectations, and they left the workplace clean. You couldn't tell they were ever here. Overall: I have not one negative thing to say about my experience. The crew was great, Victor constantly checked in and made sure he was on site when the house was initially opened up to explain what needed to be done. I will use them again for any future project without hesitation!+1Posted on Google

Would hire again without hesitation.Posted on YelpGee B.July 19, 2026We searched around for some construction help. We didn't know if we wanted a demo or remodel. We decided to hire Good Life Construction. We were so pleasantly surprised by how much pride Alex our worker took to repair the damage and turn back into a beautiful man cave remodel. Sean the construction Manager promised and delivered. This was a wonderful experience and it looks brand new. And believe me, there was a fair amount of dry rot! If you're truly want a "Good Life" experience, call Sean today, and I hope you get to meet Alex too!. I found them here on Yelp. I typically like to get three bids. I received two (the third was a no show). Gladys+0Posted on Yelp
Peggy C.July 14, 2026This is the 3rd time I have hired Good Life for work on my home, they always do an excellent job, arrive on time, do a good job of clean-up. I have had them repaint the exterior of my home and install 2 new front doors and new overhead lighting and fans throughout my home. I also had them replace carpeting with LVF and this time I had my bathrooms redone. There is a bit of a language barrier but there is always someone available to clear up problems. Their work ethic is exemplary and I strongly recommend them.Posted on Yelp
Tony L.July 14, 2026Goodlife recently replaced our roof and we couldn't be happier. Before they started the project, they filed for the permits, explained the process and allowed us to choose the type and color of the shingles, gutters and soffits. They cleaned up at the end of every work day. When we thought they were done, they came back out and touched up the paint where it needed it and rehung the cable/phone lines and exterior lighting. We appreciate all they did and will definitely be calling them back for our next project.Posted on Yelp
Mike S.June 19, 2026We had signs of fungus (like a small flat mushroom) coming through a seam in our bay window that had been hidden by the blinds. I knew this wasn't good, as fungus means moisture and dead stuff (old wood). Thankfully this isn't a "M word" story (mold). But anyone would be concerned by a weird intrusion like this so I had Good Life come out and check it out. I had been dealing with real estate recently, and I was somewhat familiar with Good Life for home inspections so I gave them a shot at this repair. Project Manager Eugene arrived with one of the construction crew and they explained what they could do to assess the problem. We scheduled them to come out and pull off some drywall and do a moisture test. The next day they were able to confirm that water was getting into the wall from a part of the outside stucco and had caused extensive dry rot down to the studs. Obviously, this is where it sounds expensive. Eugene explained in detail what needed to be done to repair the damage and to prevent a future leak. He emailed me a detailed repair with a reasonable estimate, including an up front discussion on change orders that may need to be made. I approved the estimate online and felt confident that the guys knew what they were doing. Over the next week or so the crew from Good Life worked efficiently and professionally to remove the old stucco, wood and insulation and treat the fungus affected area which about 10 feet high by 8 feet wide on the exterior. Eugene called or updated me on the daily progress in-person and was very professional. The crew was Ukrainian and spoke some English along the way but Eugene and a couple others explained everything clearly. After a couple of detailed change orders the crew put the front of the house back together with fresh wood, insulation, stucco and a brick veneer that looked especially challenging. I was very impressed with the crew's versatility in how those guys were able make the house look the same down to the paint and the landscaping that was in front. Good Life did great work and made my house look good as new. They worked quickly and effectively and left a very clean result inside and outside. The cost was a good value for the amount of work I saw completed and the attention to detail. I would definitely call Good Life again for repairs, but hopefully we're done with anything at this level. Great job guys.Posted on YelpMike K.May 31, 2026They offered options to male the repairs at a fair price. Work was completed in one day and the jobsite was left clean and other than the new work you would not know they had been there.Posted on Yelp

Our experience with Good Life was outstanding, and we highly recommend you consider using them for your own renovation project.+4Posted on YelpLiane H.April 4, 2026I was very pleased with this company I chose when I needed to replace my flooring due to moisture damage. I look for highly rated family-owned companies and this one was both. Jonathan was the main face of the company with whom I worked. He coordinated the work, worked with me on pricing, and was always easy to contact, responsive and polite. The work crew was amazing, going above and beyond to help me move some pieces of heavy furniture that would've been impossible for me. They worked hard with skill and care and were very fast. I would definitely hire them again for any future major projects.+0Posted on YelpAnne W.March 20, 2026Good Life just completed a bathroom remodel for us. Jacob gave us a very thorough estimate. Luis FloresJanuary 11, 2024Work completed better than the original front stairs and landing. Had the opportunity to observe work in progress and was definitely impressed with their diligence and attention to detail. What is hidden under the facade is at times even more important than what we see outside. Igor, the lead man, ensured the stairs are fortified with extra support and the result was a solidly built stairs and landing we hope to enjoy for years. We've received numerous compliments about the look and feel of the stairs. Shout out to Paul who patiently walked us through project estimation and color selection and the work crew led by Igor who executed the work order with care and superb craftmanship.Posted on BBBValeerie SNovember 18, 2023Good Life Construction did a great job in remodeling my home. We had an exceptional experience with Good Life Construction! They replaced our roof , and also uncovered and rectified issues like dry rot and subpar initial construction with great attention to detail. Their team seamlessly replaced the siding on our house and executed a fantastic exterior paint job. What truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service - they were unfailingly friendly, remarkably thorough, refreshingly honest, and impressively flexible throughout the entire project. What truly set them apart was their flexibility, always willing to adapt to our evolving needs and considerate to our budget considerations. Also the amazing project lead, Roman, provided invaluable guidance and reassurance throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend their services.Posted on Facebook
Kathleen CarrollFebruary 22, 2023The Good Life members are all professional, their work is excellent & I'm having a lot of work done. I started with dry rot repair, new vents, new crawl space vent, new attic cover all wood, new hardie board siding, then removing all stucco on one side, refloating new stucco, city inspector was impressed, and we passed inspection. They then skinned stucco surface on front side of my home for a smoother look to surface of stucco. And they placed a first layer on front. I'm very happy how things are turning out thus far. Good Life will be adding qoins to 4 front corners of my home and painting exterior. I'll take a photo after all is finished.Posted on Facebook

BIG thanks Good Life‼️Posted on Angie's ListCharles N.July 28, 2022Good Life Construction just finished working on my mother's home in South Sacramento, and it looks beautiful! I would like to thank the workers, the owner, and most of all Serge for their outstanding work! Serge is the first guy I met from Good Life Construction. I consider him the "face" of the company. He is kind and personable ... more like an old friend than a company rep. And he was fast and efficient at giving me a detailed estimate of my project. The price was reasonable, and I believed that Good Life Construction would do a good job, because they are the highest-rated contractor on Yelp. What I didn't know was how far they would exceed my expectations! The quality of work was A+, and they were able to complete it faster than other contractors, because they already have their own crew of painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc ... ready to work on any project at a moment's notice! I first began looking for a contracting company that would demolish and rebuild the partial brick facade in front of my mother's old house. It was built in 1967, and the brick was crumbling and cracked in many places. Unfortunately, I could only find a couple of companies that lay or repair brick anymore. Good Life Construction is one of those companies. And it was just my luck to find that their company is the highest-rated contracting company on Yelp. Their crew is highly skilled and hard-working. Dimitri and Pavel did a fabulous job laying the bricks! I miss Dimitri's sense of humor and Pavel singing while he worked. Mike, the project manager, was a responsible guy who paid close attention to every detail of the project. He found some serious dry rot in the rim joists behind the brick, and his crew repaired it with great diligence and care. Then, as for my mom's counters, Mike directed me to a place with a large inventory of granite. I was even able to find one that was a rare and beautiful green color! Mike's crew also fixed our pocket/sliding door in the service porch that was always getting stuck. They replaced it with a swinging door that looked even better! Then, when it came to painting the outside of the house, Paul blew my mind with the extra work and time he spent sanding down the numerous old posts in the patio! He did such an exquisite job of painting the house that you would have thought that he was doing it for his own mother. Paul is just about the kindest guy you'll ever meet ... like a younger version of Serge! If this sounds like I'm writing a review for a family member, it's just because Serge, Mike, Dimitri, Pavel, and Paul all make you feel like you're a part of their family. The crew worked very hard and the finished project looks fantastic. They were a little higher in price than the other guys, but I think it all paid off very well. I needed the project done by a specific time and they managed to get me accommodated. I am truly happy with the work and will never call anyone else besides Good Life Construction for my home repair needs.Posted on Home AdvisorOlek HAugust 2, 2019Install or Repair Siding I recommend Good Life Construction, They do great professional quick work. We contacted Good Life Construction for an estimate. They came out and proposed a cost effective solution to repair the siding. The job went really smoothly and they did a great job cleaning up after the project was completed. During the repairs the crew opened up some additional damaged framing, Alex came out and explained what it would take to take care of that damage. The additional price for repair of the frame was very fair and they got it completed right away. Very happy with the entire process.Posted on Home AdvisorMaya KMay 15, 2019Install or Repair Siding When I met Alex he was very attentive to our needs and provided a bid within a day. This company was not the cheapest bid that we received, but I chose them because they were honest and upfront about all the costs. They also looked very clean and professional, compared to some of the other contractors that came out. The work they performed is amazing. We had terrible dry rot issues with our siding and trims. The crews arrived on time every day, were very kind and respectful to our property and to us. They cleaned up every day and painted all of the repaired areas to match my existing paint because are only planning to repaint perhaps next summer. We are very happy with the work and it was worth the money. You get what you pay for and Good Life Construction fulfilled every promise and request. Thanks to the entire team. Definitely, recommend this company to everyone.Posted on Home AdvisorMax MApril 24, 2019Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests Call Good life, and they will take care of youPosted on HouzzHU-951368915April 19, 2019We had some repairs done to our home due to water damages from the recent rain storms. We needed one of our upstairs bathroom windows replaced, reconstruction of our chimney and some drywall repairs/painting as well. The folks at Good Life Construction (Alex & team) were easy to schedule and provided a reasonable estimate for our repairs. The workers arrived on time everyday, kept me in the loop on their progress, welcomed any questions I had and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. My wife and I are happy with the repairs and feel confident that our home is ready for next year’s winter/rainy season.
