Absolutely love the work done on my home! I just moved to the Sacramento area in August of this year and I needed some work done on the home. Good Life fixed some rusted pier posts under my home around October and everything went very smoothly. This time I was looking to get the drywall finished in the garage. I had contacted other companies to find the best quote and Good Life was the fastest to respond. They were also the most affordable and didn't try to up sale me or give me reasons why the project would cost more (which is what some of the other companies did). Vera set up the appointments and she was always so responsive to any questions I had. Very professional. Alex was the one who came out to give me a quote and I received it very quickly. The project was done one week after I approved the quote which surprised me because I know sometimes it can take months to be put on the schedule for other companies. Mario was one of the workers who came out to complete the project and he was communicative and made sure I knew what was going on during the process. There was an issue with one of my security cameras where they cut the wire and it wasn't showing up on my panel which I totally understand because it was kind of a complicated project with the garage door being in the way and there was quite a bit of wires . But they did not complain and even fixed the issue right away. Alex called after I explained what happened and reassured me that they would fix it which I appreciated a lot! He even checked in after the job was done to make sure everything was cleaned up and  in perfect condition (it was!) This is a very professional company. And if anything goes wrong they will be sure to fix it all you have to do is communicate with them the issue. They are very reasonable! I definitely recommend Good Life to anybody looking to get a project done in their home and I will continue to use them for all of my home projects. TLDR: Had a great experience with Vera, Yuri and crew. Vera was a pleasure to deal with over the phone and email. We quickly identified what needed to be done and she sent over a contract via docusign (should mention that we had a pest report that sped things up). Communication was good during the several day project on the exterior of our home. Payment process was smooth and we were notified when payment was received. No surprises. Additional context below: We purchased a home that had dry rot issues on the exterior in many places, as well as some issues with several portions of roof barge rafters plus jambs of garage door. We were notified exactly when the crew would show up on the first day. Yuri introduced himself and was friendly, courteous throughout. He let us know when they'd take lunch breaks and all the crew abided with masks. They also made sure to clean up their work areas everyday before they departed. The crew finished ahead of schedule. As a wrap up, Yuri took me through a walkthrough to make sure everything in the contract was addressed. Happy to recommend this company to others looking for similar work! Attaching a few photos, they did a really nice job with the chimney exterior which was a giant portion of the work. The paint used is really close to the house color...only really noticeable if you get up close and try to find the repaired areas on the roof/exterior. Used Good Life again. Fixed a stucco problem no one else wanted to touch. Second time using these guys and would highly recommend calling them if you've gotten estimates on home repairs that seem   to are either unreasonable, or seem to want to repair a lot more than is needed. On this repair, there was a textured corner of my garage entry that had been scraped repeatedly..by accident... from a (too wide) truck. It was scraped down to the wire mesh retaining it. This was years ago, and it was the first thing you saw when you pulled up to the house, since it drew your eye to an otherwise smooth wall. Now it's gone and you can hardly believe it was ever there. I selected Good Life Const. to repair dry rot to both my man door to the garage and also the frame around the garage door. They arrived on time, did a professional job repairing the affected areas, including a tricky man door frame and door replacement, painted the new areas and left the area spotless. I selected Good Life to repair some dry rot in my house. They had to replace the entire man door to the garage, including frame and repair some further dry rot. They also had to replace the side frame 2x8s at the garage door due to dry rot. They were very professional and completed the job in one day including painting. they were hard workers and left the property clean. Great company.  We have been dealing with Dimitriy, Alex, and Andrey from day 1.  This is a very honest company and does everything by the book with no type of funny business.  We do most of their garage door work(www.1agaragedoors.net) whenever they are in need. I was very glad that I chose Good Life Construction.  It's name says it all. This company is all about quality.  They have a team with a Project Manager down to their crews who are ALL humble and down to earth people.  They will not only work on your house, but will improve anything that needs to be changed or corrected.  They do all types of projects, whether it is small or  big home repairs besides construction. They replaced most of the wood in my house that was in bad condition, replaced my barge rafters, replaced sliding door and window.  They did an amazing stucco job, the proper way with lathe, mesh netting and 3 coats of stucco.  They painted my garage door and did not charge me for that.  AND also did some extra work  inside my home at no cost. This wonderful team are from Ukraine, a war torn country, but the company has been established for a long time.  ALL their crews are more than qualified as they have excellent craftmanship. A big thank you to Mike (Project Manager), Serge (Estimator), Alex who seems to be the lead of his crew, his younger brother, Irvin and to the rest of the team. A special thank you to Eugene who went far and beyond to help me with some things inside my house, without charging me anything. Serge (crew) was a delight !  He sings Ukraine songs as he works with a smile. Although I do not understand Ukraine language, his songs went straight to my heart. Eugene is very unique, as he can figure out real fast how to handle any nooks and cranny or anything at all for that matter.  He is a young man who is a quick thinker and does things as a very highly intellectual Skills man. So is Serge (crew).  So is Alex who started the job in my home.  These 3 are an asset to Good Life Construction.  This company is lucky to have them. My home looks gorgeous and looks brand new. Thank you to ALL of you !  I couldn't have picked a better company. Two workers demonstrated how skilled they were replacing fascia board at roof level as well as replacement of garage access door. They worked hard and as a team to finish the job in one day. Good Life Construction crew, Alex & Serg, did awesome job in repairing/replacing our firewood box door with a new fiberglass door & trim.  They also repaired bottom portion of our wood-rotted trim of our garage back door.  They did excellent job in re-stuccoing and painting the wall around the firewood box door.  They were both very polite and cordial and answered all our questions.  They cleaned up the area after the job was completed.  Owner Andrey provided us very detailed & competitive estimate/quote, and their other online reviews encouraged us to choose them to do our repair job.  Their office administrator, Vera, was very polite and flexible in rescheduling our job dates twice due to rain.
