Scope of Work
This deck rebuild and expansion project in Vacaville, CA included full demolition of the existing elevated deck system, structural framing replacement, a new Trex composite decking installation, Trex railing system, stair rebuild, engineered footing work, and concrete improvements. The project also included a 12’ x 12’ deck extension, new fascia, waterproofing details, and structural hardware upgrades to improve safety, durability, and long-term performance.
